New two-day course to launch

Specialist leather training consultancy Leatherwise has joined forces with SATRA Technology Centre to offer a new two-day course to give delegates a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics and use of leather in all types of products, and knowledge of how to ensure those products meet ‘fitness for purpose’ and legislative requirements.
The first course will take place on March 18–19, with the first day taking place in Northampton, including a visit to the tannery at the British School of Leather Technology, and the second in Kettering, including visits to SATRA’s laboratories.
The course will be repeated on June 17–18 and October 21–22.
It is aimed at manufacturers, sourcing companies and retailers of all types of footwear, leathergoods, garments, accessories and upholstery. It is ideal for newly appointed, as well as, more experienced technologists and buyers.
