New TFL centre on the way

Specialist chemical supplier TFL has broken the ground at the site in Huningue in eastern France where it is building a new research and application centre. Four fully equipped laboratories will be the most important part of the building.
Members of TFL's research and development team were involved into the planning phase and were able to propose their own ideas about the shape the new building should take.
Work on the interior will start in March and the whole building will be completed by the middle of the year.
The company believes that concentrating several departments of its research and development on one site will positively influence and improve the efficiency of its processes and increase its ability to come up with new products for customers. "Innovation is the only way we can continue to secure the positive image of leather," it says.
