CTC in merger with style agency

At the end of last year, the board of France’s main agency for the economic development of the leather industry, CTC, approved a merger with footwear, leathergoods and leather style agency b2s.
This merger is part of a process of creating a single entity at the service of the leather industry and, in doing so, encouraging synergy between the creative, technical and innovation sectors, three worlds that, the French group believes, are intimately linked and mutually stimulating.
The new merged group will operate from existing centres in Lyon and Paris and will be under the direction of CTC president, Jean-Pierre Gualino, and CTC managing director, Yves Morin.
