First Pakistani pavilion at Anpic

The Pakistan Tanners’ Association (PTA) is organising for a Pakistan pavilion to appear at Anpic for the first time. It has been offered financial support by the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan to attend the fair in Léon, Mexico, which runs February 19-22.

The pavilion’s exhibitors will showcase finished cow and buffalo leather and sheep and goat skins. Companies are expected to include M/s Siddiq Leather Works (Pvt)Ltd, M/s Mahr Garments (Pvt)Ltd, M/s.Mahr Impex, M/s Leather Field (Pvt)Ltd, M/s.Nova Leathers (Pvt)Ltd, M/s.Mohamed Ashraf & Sons, M/s.Shafique Leather Enterprises and M/s.Khawaja Tanneries (Pvt)Ltd.

The main buyers of Pakistani leather are Hong Kong, Italy, China, Korea, Vietnam, Turkey, Germany, Spain and India.
