Swiss chemicals company Clariant has launched two new products for the leather sector.

Its new Melio Wax PO-408-US is a finely balanced pull-up wax offering a very dark surface and a rich surface feel. Meanwhile, the firm's new Bavon Oil WR-600.A is a high-performance waterproofing product for a water-repellent crust. It has excellent Maeser values and offers a rich silky feel and a light pull-up effect.

According to Clariant, these products do not adversely affect the Maeser and Bally flexes or water-absorption values of most water resistant crusts.
