Leather producers pay their taxes

Companies in the leather industry in Xinji, a city in Hebei province, have been praised by the Chinese authorities for paying their taxes.
Tax revenue from businesses in the leather arena in the city have paid around $3.75 million in taxes so far this year. The authorities in Hebei, where there are now fewer tanneries than a year ago, have said this represents a rise of around 17% on last year.
