Specialist Italian leathergoods boutique chain Piquadro has opened a new store in Dubai.
The company’s export manager, Stefano Guazzelli, travelled to the United Arab Emirates for the opening at the Burjuman Centre on October 31. He said: “The Piquadro distinction stems from the belief that design and innovation go hand in hand. Our clientele desire high quality, savvy products with functional capabilities to complement their executive lifestyles. The Piquadro brand will be well received here in Dubai because it is the hub of young professionals and executives with a keen eye for style, quality and performance.”
The company now has a presence in more than 50 countries, and 41 branded boutiques under its own name spread across Italy, as well as in Barcelona, Moscow, Frankfurt, Salzburg, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi and now Dubai. It said earlier this year that it intends to open a string of stores across India in the near future.
