The All China Leather Exhibition in Shanghai closed on September 5, with heavy rain one of the reasons for a quiet final day.
Problems in the automotive and upholstery sectors seemed to cast a negative shadow across some areas of the show, however there was a much more positive mood from exhibitors supplying the global footwear sector and the Chinese domestic market in particular.
