New Muxo handbag line launched

Brazil-born Camila Alves has introduced a new Muxo line of premium handbags at a star-studded charity event in Los Angeles.
The bags, which were autographed for the occasion to raise money for not-for-profit charity Stand Up To Cancer, are made from high-quality Brazilian leather. Each bag is handmade by Ms Alves and her mother, each piece taking between five and eight hours to make. This includes distressing and finishing the leather, sewing the bags, and adding details such as fringing.
Attendees at the launch include Matthew McConaughey, Lance Armstrong, Cynthia Daniel, Terri Seymour, Jake Weber, Samantha Harris, Perez Hilton, Aimee Carcia, Christian Audigier and Katie Chonacas.Share this story:
