Arzignano-based leather machinery firm Wega S.r.l. is to present its latest Wegawin hide measuring system in Shanghai’s ACLE fair, held September 3-5. A computer integrated into the industrial machine uses Microsoft Windows XP OS and a 17-inch LCD touch screen monitor to allow data to be displayed clearly and to enable easy human interface.

The machine facilitates a quick and easy exchange of data through USB or Ethernet and provides expandable memory which is universally compatible. Users can take advantage of remote, on–line programme modifications and machine testing via the internet.
