Cattle need fattening

Uruguay's slaughter is down by around 6,000 head of cattle per week because packers are refusing to accept animals that require fattening up.
Three packer plants have threatened to close down production for two weeks in the hope that cattle will be of a more suitable size for slaughter afterwards.
