Bangladesh leather exports keep growing

According to the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB), Bangladesh's total leather sector export grew by 10.45% to $415.26 million in first eleven months of the fiscal year that ended in June 2008. The figure for the same period last year was $375.98.
The breakdown showed that Bangladesh exported finished leather worth $261.67 million in the July-May 2007-08 period compared to $244.84 million in corresponding period last year.
