USMEF appoints new communications director

The US Meat Export Federation (USMEF) has appointed Joe Schuele as its new communications director.
Prior to joining USMEF, Mr Schuele served for four years as communications director for the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association. He also has an extensive background in legislative and regulatory affairs, including 10 years on the staff of the Nebraska Legislature, where he served much of that time as the chief research analyst for the Committee on Agriculture.
