UK company Global Farming has announced plans to invest part of $270 million in funding it has received from a private equity firm in land in Uruguay, Paraguay and Argentina to develop its agriculture and livestock businesses.
 
The strategy includes plans to breed cattle, sheep and goats as well as planting wheat and soy.
