ScS in administration

UK furniture retail group ScS has gone into administration, but US investor Sun Capital Partners has bought the company's trading arm, safeguarding around 3,000 jobs, including those at supplier companies, including tanneries.
The companies said on June 3 that Sun Capital had bought the 96 stores ScS ran in the UK for a nominal sum.
