The Leather Research Laboratory—a US consultancy run by leather professionals— will host a seminar on August 5–6, 2008 at the Vernon Manor Hotel in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The conference, entitled Leather Orientation Seminar, is designed specifically for companies that manufacture or use leather products. Professionals involved in leather purchasing, product design, and quality control will be among the delegates, together with chemical companies and newer tannery employees.

This two-day seminar will offer participants the chance to increase their knowledge and understanding of leather, to help them make better sourcing and product development decisions in their businesses.

Registration cost is $925.  Organisations making two or more seminar reservations at the same time will benefit from a reduced fee of  $785 per person.

A course agenda can be found on-line at:  www.leatherusa.org.
