New owner for CPS Color

Finnish provider of tinting solutions for the leather industry CPS Color has a new owner.
The company announced on May 6 that its parent company, Industri Kapital, had agreed its sale to Nordic Capital, a group of private equity firms with offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Helsinki.
The colour solutions provider’s chief executive, Arto Metsänen, commented: “We are very pleased to have Nordic Capital as a new owner. It gives us a very good chance to develop further our efficiency in operations—benefiting our customers in many ways—and grow our business organically and through acquisitions.”
He said his company remained strongly focused on creating tinting solutions that would support its customers’ business today and in the future.
