Helping hand for young entrepreneurs

The central Mexican state of Zacatecas has approved a small fund ($100,000) to help young people start their own businesses.
Among the ideas for which help will be available is a project to buy leather and make it available to young designers and manufacturers who want to start making leather footwear.
Twenty projects in all have been approved for a share of the money.
