New Delhi-based leather chemicals manufacturer Haryana Leather Chemicals is to consider setting up a new collaboration agreement with 2V Industries, a US chemical manufacturer that specialises in the metal sector.

Haryana Leather Chemicals hopes this move will help it expand its customer base without any new capital investment. The company already has commercial alliances in place with Sira of Italy and Vismon of Spain. It claims to be the first leather chemicals supplier in India "to free its leather chemical products of banned chemicals".
