New England building would suit leather production

A plastics firm in New England has instructed a commercial property agent to find a buyer for one of its buildings, a 60,000 square-metre factory in Leominster, Massachusetts, and has said it believes the facility would suit leather production.
The factory is on one level, but has high ceilings (8.5 metres), connections to all utilities and to road and rail transport links.
Owners, Plastican, used it to manufacture injection holdings and as a warehousing facility. Agents, Binswanger, have described the property as "sensational".
