Notting Hill Design launches luxury handbags in the US

London-based luxury handbag label Notting Hill Design has launched its collection in the US. The bags are inspired by 20th century design – particularly 1940s and 1950s and are defined by clean, sculptural lines.

Created by Kimberly Yurisich, a trained architect and former New Yorker and her husband Steven, the bags are handcrafted in Italy from high quality Italian and French leathers and exotics (including python and ostrich). The line features a vibrant palette of colours and distinctive textures and finishes. It ranges from a large shoulder bag called The Westbourne to its LoLA clutch.

Each metalwork component is custom designed and hand machined, then finished in palladium and gold finishes. Each bag is lined with the firm’s signature amethyst grosgrain lining.
