Change of plan

Leather industry groups the International Council of Tanners (ICT) and the International Council of Hides Skins and Leather Traders (ICHSLTA) have announced some changes to their annual meeting in Hong Kong next week.
As in previous years, the two groups will hold a joint annual dinner on Sunday, March 30 in the build-up to the APLF exhibition.
However, plans to hold a joint open meeting that morning have changed. The ICT meeting will be open to guests from 10.30 in the Boardroom of the Administration office of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Leatherbiz understands that the ICHSLTA delegation has decided to keep its meeting private to address “urgent internal business”. It will take place in the afternoon.
