Smit & Zoon acquires Italian agent

Dutch leather chemicals producer Smit & Zoon has announced the acquisition of its Italian agent Sochive.
Based in the traditional tanning region of Arzignano, Sochive acted as the company’s agent for some 25 years prior to the acquisition, marketing Smit and Zoon fatliquors and syntans across Italy. It has also developed its own line of finishing chemicals, which are sold in several countries.
