Pakistan’s leather and leather goods producers increased their presence at this year’s Indian International Leather Fair (IILF 2008) in Chennai, which closed yesterday (February 3), increasing the exhibition space dedicated to Pakistani-produced products from 144m² in 2007 to 168m² this year.

Organised by the Pakistan Tanners Association (PTA), the pavilion showcased goods from the country’s largest leather exporters from Lahore and Karachi, including M/s.Siddiq Leather Works (Pvt) Ltd, M/s.Nova Leathers (Pvt) Ltd, M/s.Noor Leather Garments (Pvt) Ltd, M/s.HMB Tanneries (Pvt) Ltd, M/s.Khas (Pvt) Ltd, M/s.M. Muhammad Shafi & Co, M/s.Hussain Leather Craft, M/s.Permair Leather Pakistan (Pvt)Ltd,  and M/s. Mohamed Ashraf & Sons.
