Ireland’s Research and Markets has released a new report called “China Sourcing Report: Fashion Bags”, aimed at providing an insight into the world's largest manufacturer of fashion bags.
According to the report, China produces at least 25% of the global supply and is home to more than 100,000 bag manufacturers, although the supplier base is not expected to grow due to fierce competition, rising costs, reduced export tax rebates, and the appreciating of the yuan.
The report aims to provide information on subjects such as the newest products available, the best products and prices available, how to differentiate between suppliers, the competitive strengths of various production centres, and the likely effects of rising material and labour costs over the next 12 months.
