Italian luxury leather goods company Bulgari S.p.A. has named Paolo Cuccia as a non-executive and independent member of the company’s board of directors, until the Annual General Meeting scheduled for April 18.  

He replaces Vito Varvaro, who resigned from his position on January 15 because of professional incompatibility.

Mr Cuccia is currently corporate executive vice president of ABN AMRO as being president of EUR S.p.A and the Advisory Board of the Bocconi University’ School of Management (SDA).
