Investor sells interest in Distinctive Designs

Merchant bank Consolidated Mercantile Incorporated has announced that it is to sell its investment interest in Canadian manufacturer of leather and fabric upholstered furniture Distinctive Designs Inc. The interest will be acquired by the company’s other major shareholder and the transaction is expected to close on December 28. No further details have been disclosed at present.
