New leather parks planned

According to local media India’s government has announced plans to establish a further three industrial leather parks in the country. If the plans come to fruition, the new facilities, which will be set up in Tamil Nadu and Kolkata, will include design studios and warehousing as well as manufacturing plants and could create up to 7,000 jobs.
