City council to vote on tannery on Monday

The authorities in the city of Sinop in the interior of Mato Grosso will meet on Monday to put to the vote proposals to install a new tannery in the town.
The proposal has come from Durlicouros Indústria e Comércio de Couros Exportação e Importação, with the company promising to invest more than $8 million in the new facility and create as many as 250 new jobs.
