Luxury pens and leather goods company AT Cross has opened its second store in
Despite having been in business for 160 years, the company has just one other store – opened five years ago. Despite a decline in sales during the 1990s, the company is starting to pick up. Its addition of leather bags, travel goods and watch straps has added to its writing instrument offering greatly, as has its new customer facing sales approach. This began with catalogue sales and now its own retail outlets.
A third store is expected to open in October.
