The new collection will be manufactured by New York-based Accessory Network Group LLC. Its chief executive, Abe Chehebar, said on announcing the new deal: "Karl Lagerfeld is arguably, one of the world's most talented and well known fashion leaders and we are honoured to have the opportunity to work with him. We look forward to working closely with Karl and his team in putting together a handbag collection that will be worn throughout the world."
