IULTCS hosts new leather forum

The International Union of Leather Technicians and Chemists Societies is hosting the first International Leather Forum in Paris on September 17. The forum will focus on strategic issues faced by the leather industry and on its future in the global marketplace.

Four roundtable debates will take place on the subjects of: Leather experts for tomorrow – knowledge management; Research priorities and proposal for a worldwide research network; Leather markets and positioning of leather; and Positive communication and crisis communication.

The forum will end with a press conference, at which a summary of the debates will be presented.
