In order to “guarantee the necessary operational continuity”, Ernesto Greco, CEO of Italy’s largest leather-upholstered furniture manufacturer Natuzzi S.p.A., has resigned, effective September 30. He will remain on the board of directors.

Pasquale Natuzzi, current chairman of the board of directors, will be proposed for the appointment at the company’s next meeting of the board at the beginning of September.
