Following its recent acquisition of US designer and manufacturer of customised aftermarket leather interiors Katzkin Leather Interiors, Inc., private equity firm ClearLight Partners has now completed a recapitalisation of the company. ClearLight provided equity and mezzanine financing in the transaction, while Madison Capital led the senior debt financing. The current management team, including its founder Mitch Katz, will remain with the company and will continue to have an equity stake in the company.
