Investment firm Goldsmith Agio Helms has completed the sale of US designer and manufacturer of made-to-order leather interiors for cars and trucks Katzkin Leather, Inc., to private equity form ClearLight Partners, LLC.

The current management team, including its founder Mitch Katz, will remain with the company post closing.

Katzkin’s product line consists of customised, ready-to-install leather and vinyl interior kits, seat-heating components, mobile electronics, and aftermarket accessories under brands including Katzkin, DK-Schweizer, Tuscany, Suedezkin and AutoExotics.
