More than 95% of the available exhibition space has already been reserved at Le Cuir à Paris, which will be held on September 18-21, where exhibitors will present a variety of leathers, furs, accessories and components.

A Tuscan pavilion comprising 18 companies will take part in this autumn’s show, four of which—F.lli Nazzi, Conceria Stratos, Conceria Genesis 98 and MPG Cuoificio Spa—are new to the fair. Gruppo Mastrotto will also exhibit for the first time, showcasing its full aniline leathers as well as new winter 2008 shoe and leather goods collections.

Exotic leathers are set to be an important feature at the fair, including offerings from Curtidos Parera (Spain), Atlantic Leathers (Iceland), Caravel Pelli (Italy), France Croco (France) and Reptilis (Italy). Companies such as Grignon Furs (Spain), Officine delle Pelli (Italy), Panfur 2000 (Finland), Saga Furs (Denmark), and Yves Salomon (France) will represent the fur sector.

Meanwhile, the Designers’ Village will present luxurious home interior products from Cueros Latinos (Argentina/Uruguay) and 3D leather boards from Polish architect Wiktoria Guzelf. Winner of the 2005 Prize of City Talents, Nouria Nahari, will showcase her book binding and leather bag range.
