Chinese brands set to shine in Beijing

Chinese brands are set to take centre stage at the Beijing Olympics next year following the announcement that footwear manufacturer Aokang has been named as the official supplier of leather goods for the games.

Meanwhile, Li-ning has been named the official partner and supplier of sportswear and footwear for the Swedish Olympic team and delegation for both the Beijing and Vancouver Olympics, making it the first Chinese brand to become an official sponsor of a foreign Olympic team.
