US-based designer of men's belts, personal leather goods and jewellery Swank, Inc. has named CEO John Tulin as chairman of the board. The company has also appointed Eric Luft as president and Jerold Kassner as executive vice president. Mr Kassner will also continue to serve as the company's chief financial officer, treasurer and secretary.

Mr. Tulin was elected president and CEO in 1995 and has served as a director since 1975. Mr Kassner has been chief financial officer since 1997, whilst Mr Luft was elected as senior vice president in 1993.
