After the success of its ‘Natural Sensations’ event in Tokyo in February, the Italian Genuine Vegetable-Tanned Leather Consortium will now participate at the International Shoes & Leather goods (ISF) Fair in the Japanese capital on April 17-19. This will be the second time that the group of Tuscan tanneries will have participated at the show, stimulated by the great interest in vegetable-tanned leather witnessed in the Japanese market.

This year, the consortium will showcase a wide range of leathers, highlighting the quality of vegetable-tanned leather as well as presenting new trends for spring/summer 2008.

With some 142 exhibitors, including manufacturers and stylists of leather goods and shoes, participating at the last ISF, the show attracted 5,339 visitors.
