German chemicals company Lanxess AG has announced changes to its supervisory board. Dr Werner Breuers has been appointed as a new member of the board of management; Dr Rainier van Roessel has been named as Labour Relations director, assuming all the responsibilities held by Dr Martin Wienkenhöver who will leave the company at the end of March; and Ulrich Freese has been elected vice chairman of the supervisory board, replacing Ralf Deitz who has resigned from his office as vice chairman, but will remain as a member of the supervisory board.
