Lucrative deals for Brazilian shoe companies at GDS

According to the Brazilian Association of Shoe Manufacturers (Abicalçados), Brazilian companies that exhibited at GDS/GLS, held in Düsseldorf on March 9-11, managed to close deals worth $5 million at the fair. Deals worth approximately $13.9 million were also confirmed for the coming twelve months.
23 Brazilian companies attended the show including Dakota, Ferrucci and Betarello, Azaléia, Bical, Via Undo, Grendene, GVD, Pé com Pé, Studio Tmls and Brazon—the Association of Shoe and Accessory Makers from Birigüi, in São Paulo, which represents various industries in the hub.
