Gemata participates in Indian economic mission

A delegation from Italy-based leather machinery manufacturer Gemata Spa recently took part in an Italian Economical Mission to India, headed by Italian Prime Minister, Romano Prodi.

During the trip Eng. Gemata’s general manager, Gianni Maitan, and sales manager, Claudio Carmagnola attended a business forum on “Indo-Italian Synergy: Destination West Bengal”, held in Kolkata on February 11-13 which included a technical seminar on textiles and leather.

Some 370 companies took part in the event including the heads of Italy’s Confindustria, ABI and ICE.
