A four-member US delegation led by John Reddington, president of United States Hide, Skin & Leather Association (USHSLA), presented a seminar on the US hide industry at the India International Leather Fair (IILF) held in Chennai last week. The seminar included an overview of the US hide supply, its customer base, standards and contracts.

The delegation, which was in India to promote the US hide industry and to explore the export potential in the expanding Indian leather sector, included
