Pash Industries to produce leather outerwear for True Religion

US-based lifestyle apparel company True Religion Apparel, Inc. has signed a licensing agreement with New York-based outerwear producer Pash Industries to manufacture and sell True Religion branded clothing and leather outerwear for men, women and children.

Pash Industries is the parent company for brands including Ramosport US, Pasha and Jo, Tryst New York collections and Frenchcoat. It sells to retailers such as Barneys New York, Bergdorf Goodman, Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue, across the USA and Canada.

It has been licensed with the worldwide rights to manufacture and sell True Religion branded leather and outerwear including leathers, shearlings, downs, wools, cotton twills, washed cottons and cotton canvas. The new line is expected to launch in February 2007.
