Stahl India to focus on high fashion at IILF

Stahl India’s display will focus on high fashion at the Indian International Leather Fair (IILF) in Chennai from January 31 to February 3, with finished leathers produced locally by Stahl India and based on designs by Stahl International in Milan.

Colours will be based on neutrals of black and white, and beige and grey, complemented by other warm and cool, strong and pale colours toned down to match. The summer look is shiny and metallic, from high polished sheen through to satin and pearl for a more delicate feel.

The company will also show new products for retanning, dyeing, finishing, after-care and shoe finishes.

Meanwhile, Stahl India’s plant in Ranipet will embark on a project to expand capacity in January.

Opened in 2000, the manufacturing facility was awarded Oliver Wight MRP2 Class A status in November 2005.
