Highlighting the current global trend, fur will feature strongly at the next Le Cuir à Paris, to be held on February 20-23, 2007 in Paris Nord Villepinte.

Students from the Fur Design Department at the Central Ostrobothnia University, Finland, will return with a new project entitled Aurora Borealis, featuring a mix of materials in six new outfits based on the four natural elements: earth, wind, water and fire. Finnish fur company Panfur 2000 will also participate at the show—for the first time.

16 new companies (six from Italy and three from Brazil) have also confirmed their participation at the February event.
