Representatives from Argentina's footwear, leathergoods and leather garment industries are currently exhibiting their latest components, machinery, raw materials, leather and services at the 38th Expocaipic in Buenos Aires,  which is being held November 28-30.

Both modern and traditional companies will showcase their latest innovations which are said to be the result of a high level of investment in product research and development.

Fashion and new equipment will be the main attractions at the show which will feature the latest trends for autumn/winter 2007 in the Southern Hemisphere. 

The event has seen a growing number of foreign visitors in recent times which is thought to be the result of a promotion programme set up by the show’s organisers and Argentina's Chamber of Suppliers to the Footwear Industry (CAIPIC).
