US luggage and leathergoods manufacturer Hartmann, Inc. has hired luggage designer Bob Davis as a product development consultant for its core collections. Mr Davis will focus on enhancing and updating the collections building on current and future market trends.

He began his career at Hartmann in the late sixties and remained until 1985 having developed some of the company's most popular and successful collections.
