Bombardier delivers luxury jets to Skywest Airlines
Canada-based transportation solutions company Bombardier Aerospace has delivered the first two luxury Bombardier CRJ900 regional jets to SkyWest Airlines, a subsidiary of Utah-based SkyWest Inc. Of the 17 firm orders for CRJ900 aircraft, the first six are scheduled to be delivered to SkyWest Airlines in 2006.
The two CRJ900 aircraft are fitted with 10 business class and 60 economy class all-leather seats.
President and chief operating officer of the airline Ron Reber said, "The CRJ900 aircraft combines excellent performance and passenger comfort with low operating costs, which is important to us and our mainline partner, Delta Air Lines.
