US-based shoe company Marc Fisher Footwear has acquired luxury footwear and handbag company Sigerson Morrison.

The company holds the licensing rights to distribute Guess? men's, women's and children's footwear and also distributes the Marc Fisher label exclusively at Macy's.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
